Voluntary Work

Avonwick and North Huish Community Hall Project

Committee Members and Event Group members wanted.

The Community Hall Project is currently looking to recruit additional members for the committee and events group to assist with managing the Community Hall project and Apple Pie Fair. The committee are a friendly bunch and the monthly meetings usually last approx. 2 hours. If you are enthusiastic about getting involved with the community and helping residents to make things happen, including organising events, we would be delighted to hear from you! The positions on the committee or events sub-committee are unpaid, however reasonable expenses associated with the positions will be met and training is available where needed. Applicants are not limited to residing within North Huish Parish.
