After the near-washout of the Diamond Jubilee, and after two years of restrictions due to Covid-19, all fingers were crossed for the UK's first ever Platinum Jubilee.
Weeks of hot weather led up to... a forecast of rain! But, somehow, we managed to get the only day of good weather in the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend for a village fete on the Village Hall Land.
